About me
I was born in the Philippines and later moved to New Zealand at a young age. Growing up, I discovered my passion for artistic expression. During high school, I was always drawn to getting my hands dirty. I picked up as many art subjects as I was able to. I gained more interest in painting, drawing, and sculpting but as I grew older I came across the world of graphic design where I was able to combine my analog techniques with a digital approach.
I had always struggled with being a perfectionist during high school but as I entered University, I was able to grow as a designer. Now I can express my love for the textures and the perfectly unrefined details. Starting my design process by drawing out ideas, helped my designs show my creative personality.

Personal Branding
Starting with ideation by doodling random configurations of my initials. My goal was to create a logo that was simple but bold, showing off my design style and personality. It was then taken into Illustrator to be cleaned up.
